I designed this 4-week plan to improve your fitness and health through both cardio and strength training workouts.
This exercise plan is designed to complement all of your other weight loss & health efforts. Movement, diet, sleep, supplementation, and hydration all have to be in line in order to help you achieve (and sustain!) your goals. Exercise alone will not provide you with the results you're looking for.
I created 3 different workout plans according to each person's fitness level: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each plan combines both cardio and strength training.
So whether you're just getting started or if you've been working out for a while, this plan can work for you!
