I am a certified personal trainer and exercise enthusiast with a mission of helping those on their weight loss journey learn how to move their bodies in the best possible way to reach their goals.

I have been a part of the fitness world for the last 11 years and have seen the life-changing effects that exercise brings many people, especially those suffering from obesity.

I started this site as a fitness resource for the bariatric community to come to for advice, workouts, tips, and more! I am an expert at beginner fitness, at-home workouts, bodyweight training, and exercise accountability.
