My mission is simple: to cut through empty promises and confusing advice and bring you an effective, personalized approach to exercising during the weight loss surgery process.


The vast majority of bariatric patients feel:

  • confused about the best ways to move their body both pre-op & post-op

  • overwhelmed by conflicting information & advice on exercise

  • fed up with their struggle to start & stick to a workout routine

I get it. It's tough. No matter where you are at in your journey, whether you're 3 months pre-op or 2 years post-op, everyone struggles.

That's where I  come in...

I have 9+ years of experience in the fitness & personal training industry. I hold multiple certifications in general personal training, weight loss & weight management, pre- and post- natal exercise, and exercise for pre- and post-op bariatric surgery patients

I will teach you how to move your body and incorporate exercise safely & effectively into your life to compliment your weight loss surgery.

My purpose is to remove all of the guesswork and guide you through a physical fitness program that is going to work for YOU and YOUR LIFESTYLE.

I want to guide you towards your goals as well as educate you on how to get there using exercise. Not only will I provide tips & tactics for getting the most out of your workouts, but you will also learn about each category of fitness: cardio, strength training, and stretching so that you have the knowledge LIFELONG.

The goal is not to work with me forever. Use me and learn from me during this program so that you can sustain your fitness routine long-term.

Since 2011, I've had the absolute privilege of helping over 100 people use exercise to reach so many different fitness and health goals. From NFL cheerleaders to the busy mom, I've worked with SO many different people since becoming a certified personal trainer. 

Just one year after becoming certified, I was invited to speak at a bariatric support group and I have been working one-on-one with bariatric patients ever since.

SInce working with the WLS community for the last 10 years, I've gained knowledge, skills, and abilities to design a safe & effective fitness program based on a person's current fitness level & their goals.

I understand all of ups & downs of weight loss surgery from your new diet to how your surgery works to the sudden & frequent lifestyle changes you have to make. I have seen and heard A LOT. 

On top of having the experience working so closely with bariatric patients, I also have some great relationships with many other bariatric professionals from dietitians to surgeons! So if you have questions related to diet or your surgery, I can point you in the right direction.

1. Make a commitment to a 4 week workout program designed by me.

I ask you to give me AT LEAST 4 weeks of consistency for this program. This is the minimum amount of time it will take for you to get a handle on a solid workout routine. 

2. Tell me all about you and your goals so I can create a plan that works for you.

Once you've committed to at least 4 weeks, tell me all about you, your goals, and your lifestyle so I can create workouts that are specific to YOU.

3. Check in with me on a weekly basis so we can monitor your progress and make changes when necessary.

I will check-in with you each and every week to talk about how your workouts are going and to make changes to your exercises when necessary.

4. Watch how your body and life changes week-by-week.

Put your trust in me and I promise your body will thank you!

I understand that everyone is different and that genetics, hormones, medical conditions, & metabolism ALL play a role in weight loss & fitness.

Because of that, this virtual training program is a full workout program that is completely customized just for YOU.

I will NOT throw you into a cookie-cutter program or any grueling workouts. ALL of your workouts are carefully thought out to avoid hurting you physically, emotionally, or mentally. 

I will dig deep to help you remove any barriers and amplify any motivations you have when it comes to exercising.

Together, we will build you a solid fitness foundation so you can continue living your best life post-op bariatric surgery!

This is for you if...















You will receive a full PDF document outlining each and every workout for each and every week. Each workout will outline exactly what you should do. Every workout will include:

  • A warm-up

  • Exercise Demos - Links to videos will be included.

  • An exact number of sets, reps, and equipment to use (Remember: this is all personalized to YOU so it will depend on what kind of equipment you have if any!)

  • A cool-down





One of the drawbacks to virtual personal training is that I won't actually be with you to show you how to do each exercise and correct your form.

However! I do provide videos of each and every exercise I suggest so you can study them a bit and learn how to do them. 


I will be giving you access to my personal cell phone so you can text me at any time with questions! Or if you prefer, we can chat through email :) But I know some people might have a question DURING their workout and I want to give you as much access to me as I can!! I promise to answer ASAP every time. 


On top of the constant support, I will be checking in at the end of each week so we can talk about how your workouts went, make changes where necessary, clarify any confusions you might have, and revisit your goals to make sure you're on the right track!


How much does private coaching cost?

The 4-week program is $249. 

What happens after I sign up?

Once you've signed up, I will send you a lengthy questionnaire to fill out so that I can get to know more about you, your goals, and what you're looking to get out of working with me. After you've filled that out and sent it back, it will take 3-5 days for me to put together your first few workouts based on the information in the questionnaire. Once I have all of your workouts & video demos, I will send them over to you to get started! 

Do I need to belong to a gym or purchase any equipment?

No! All of my workouts cater to the lifestyle & equipment YOU have. I may suggest investing in some small equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, but if you don't have anything, I can make it work for you.

What if I'm pre-op WLS?

That's totally cool! We can work together to create some kind of movement schedule for you - even that's just committing to standing up & moving more a few minutes every day. Pre-op is the perfect time to start familiarizing yourself with exercise and begin educating yourself on how to move after surgery. 

Do I need to be in the USA to sign up?

Nope! I am open to working with people from all over the world! I'd love to know where you're from :) 

What's the time commitment? 

The program is 4 weeks but your actual workout schedule will be entirely dependent on what will work for you. If you want to exercise four days a week, I’ll make it happen. If you can only exercise once per week, I’ll take care of you. This is an ongoing process and it will adapt with your life. 

Can you work around injuries or physical limitations?

Yes. Lots of people come to me with shoulder, knee, or lower back issues (among other things) and I am always open to creating a plan that works around whatever you have going on.

How customized is my program?

VERY. Depending on what stage of the bariatric process you're at, I'll set the ground rules of exercise for that specific stage. If you have a big event coming up, I’ll help you get prepared. If you go on vacation, I’ll write you a hotel-room workout (or maybe even suggest you take the week off and enjoy yourself). If you have a shoulder injury, I'll be sure to be cautious when designing your workouts. If you want to lose weight in the first few months and then add muscle in the next few months, I’ll help you do that. You tell me what you want to do, and I’ll help you do it. In other words: It’s very customized.

When can I expect to see results?

It all depends: on your goals, your current fitness level, the amount of time you put in, and many other factors. I can't promise you specific results in a specific time but I will say this: If you follow the workouts and guidelines that I give you while working together, you WILL be bettering your health & physical fitness.
