My mission: Create an effective and personalized activity plan that you can follow on your own time. I hope to encourage you to make shifts in your lifestyle that will get you closer to your goals by prioritizing exercise and physical activity.

  1. Fill out the form below to let me know you're serious about committing to a workout plan. 

  2. I will send you lengthy questionnaires to fill out so you can tell me all about you, your journey, your lifestyle, and your goals.

  3. Based on those answers, I will create your first week of workouts to get started with and we'll go from there!

  4. I will check in at the end of each week so I can create new workouts for you and adjust your plan where needed.

  5. My plan also included unlimited email/text messages so you can send me a message at ANY time with ANY questions or concerns you have.
